The 1-bedroom apartment at Velvet in Hoddesdon was absolutely perfect for our family. The kitchen with a microwave and fridge made it super convenient for us to prepare meals and snacks. The flat-screen TV in the cozy seating area was a great addition for our movie nights. we felt right at home in this apartment.
I personally found the shower in the apartment a bit small, but that's just my opinion. Others might not mind it at all.

Julie was absolutely amazing! Super friendly and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, including complimentary tea, coffee, and toiletries. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, right behind the high street with easy access to bars, pubs, and restaurants. On-site parking was a bonus. The apartment itself was warm and cosy, with great broadband connection. As an essential worker, having my own space to cook and eat was so much better than a hotel. The convenient location made it easy to access local amenities and there were great walks nearby. The apartment itself was very clean and well-appointed, with stable WiFi. The price was great value for money and the owner was very helpful. a fantastic stay and highly recommended!

It made it easy for me to prepare my own meals. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, perfect for relaxing evenings.
The only thing I didn't enjoy was the shower in the bathroom. It was a bit cramped for me as a disabled person.

Stayed in an apartment with water sports facilities onsite, because clearly that's what I needed in Hoddesdon. Close to wildlife park and River Lee for all my adrenaline pursuits. Conveniently located 23 km from Wood Green Metro Station, as if I would ever need to go there.
Just what I always wanted, a commercial car park entrance and uninspiring Hoddesdon. Perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at a cozy and well-equipped 1-bedroom apartment in Hoddesdon. The convenience of being right next to major retail shops was a huge plus. The apartment had a great broadband connection and a freezer compartment in the fridge for treats like ice cream. As essential workers, having our own space to cook and eat was much better than staying in a hotel. The location was perfect, just behind the high street, with easy access to bars, pubs, and restaurants. Julie, our host, was lovely and ensured our comfort throughout our stay. The apartment was clean and provided complementary tea, coffee, and toiletries. The large comfortable bed was a highlight. Despite some minor drawbacks like a lumpy mattress and soft pillows, and some cleanliness issues like cobwebs and spiders in the apartment, we highly recommend this centrally located apartment in Hoddesdon. our stay was great and we would definitely return.
